The Infection Prevention Assistant Director will join this 70
beds, award winning hospital that received A grades in Health Equity, Pay Equity and Community Benefit from the Lown Institute, as well the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval.
The Infection Prevention Assistant Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
This person will perform infection surveillance, contact tracing, staff education and training, perform quality improvement projects, and update the annual Infection Control Plan.
This person will be supported by an experienced infection prevention specialist.
Candidates with a BSN and CIC or other regulated and recognized Certification in Infection Prevention will score a quick interview.
