Reporting to the Director HIM, the Manager Health Information Management is responsible for leading the Hospital's Health Information Management and Medical Record Department. The Manager Health Information Management will work with Staff, Hospital Leadership and Executives to maintain the confidentiality of patient information. In addition, the Manager Health Information Management will lead a great team of Coding and HIM specialists and will oversee scheduling, hiring, onboarding, staff training, and professional development.
